Program development requires hundreds of details, large and small, that make up the course of your day or week. I will work with you to identify the ins- and outs- needed to get started, develop a curriculum, brief, or plan. Then, we’ll determine funding/fundraising, staffing, and schedule, and engage stakeholders. From brief to execution, we’ll make your ideas a reality.

In 2020, I was privileged to create Achshav, a Jewish social justice winter break program for teens. The following year, I was hired by the JCC of Manhattan to run a similar program. You can read more about both opportunities on the Avodah blog.
